Household & Property Management 家庭与物业管理
  • Oversee all household operations including cleanliness, repairs, maintenance, and organization管理家庭日常运作,包括清洁、维修、维护及整体整洁
  • Supervise and coordinate domestic staff (maids, drivers etc.) 管理及协调家庭工作人员(保姆、司机等)
  • Ensure the home is always well-maintained, presentable, and secure 确保住宅始终保持良好状态与安全
Family Lifestyle Coordination 家庭生活协调
  • Assist with children’s schedules including school runs, classes, activities, and daily routines协助安排孩子的日程,如上学、课外班及日常作息
  • Organize family events, vacations, and celebrations, including vendor coordination and logistics策划与执行家庭聚会、假期及庆祝活动,协调相关供应商与事务
  • Run errands and manage purchases for household needs (groceries, toiletries, gifts, etc.)代办事务及管理日常采购(如食品、日用品、礼品等)
Travel & Personal Assistance 差旅与个人助理支持
  • Accompany the family on domestic or international trips when needed 根据需要陪同家人国内外出行

Job Requirements 职位要求
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking family members and vendors. 精通中英文,以便与讲中文的家庭成员及供应商顺利沟通。
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as private household management, luxury hospitality, aviation, or other high-touch service environments. 拥有至少五年相关工作经验,如私人家庭管理、奢华酒店服务、航空或其他高端服务行业背景。
