A major hospitality company in Singapore is seeking a Minibar Controller responsible for inventory requisition and ensuring stock levels are maintained. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in guest service and food management, with a focus on accuracy in postings and managing expiry tracking. Candidates must possess 'O' Level passes and food hygiene certification.
As a Minibar Controller, you are responsible for requisition of all inventories (subjected to the approval of the Minibar Assistant Manager), as well as the maintenance of par stock levels. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of postings as well as overseeing the tracking of expiring items.
