Job summary

PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Singapore, a 346-room hotel, is seeking a maintenance professional to manage preventive maintenance of the hotel’s machinery, equipment and facilities. Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in engineering or maintenance in a hotel or commercial building environment.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical/Building Engineering.
• Willing and able to work 24-hour shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive management and repair schedules for hotel machinery, equipment and facilities.
• Assist the Maintenance supervisor in day-to-day department operations.
• Supervise and delegate work to the Maintenance crew and ensure quality workmanship.
• Participate in fire-fighting and safety exercises.
