Job description

Perform all repair and maintenance works on the Hotel's lighting, power heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, fire protection, kitchen, laundry and plumbing equipment.

Check system or equipment for faults and follow up on the repair works if required.

Monitor works carryout by contractors and ensure works are properly done, safe and secured.

Carry out preventive maintenance work of properties.

Ensure the fire and safety procedures are carried out at all times.
