Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff rosters, and ensure exceptional cleanliness standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This key role requires strong leadership, guidance, and training abilities to motivate and develop our housekeeping team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to achieve and maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth workflow and task assignment
  • Plan and assign work schedules, train staff, and monitor performance
  • Generate reports, provide administrative support, and manage inventory of supplies and linens
  • Address guest queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform general housekeeping duties as needed, report maintenance issues, and manage inventory stock
  • Foster positive relationships within the team and with other departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
