A local hospitality agency in Singapore is hiring for a full-time Front Office position, focusing on guest services and administrative duties. Candidates should have 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations and be proficient in the Wishnet IT system, along with strong customer service skills. The role includes planning rosters, managing guest check-ins and complaints, and maintaining organized front desk operations. This position offers a 6-day work week with rotating days off.

Responsibilities
  • Plan rosters and provide room allotments to travel agencies/OTA
  • Check in guests and attend to their problems
  • 2 years similar work experience in hotel front office operations & IT system
Requirements
  • Able to operate Wishnet IT system and have experience in booking engines and reservations
  • 6 days' work week with one rotating day off
  • 3 shifts from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am. (only perform once a week for night shift to relieve the colleague on his/her off day)
Guest Services
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in and out efficiently.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications.
  • Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Administrative Duties
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Keep the front desk area organized, tidy, and presentable.
  • Update daily occupancy reports and communicate with housekeeping.
