Job summary

A culinary firm in Singapore seeks a Hot Side Chef de Partie to manage production cooking for hot side menus including festive dishes. Ideal candidates have 3-4 years of experience, are cool-headed under pressure, and skilled in handling various types of meat. Communication in English is preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years in hot side kitchen production cooking.
  • Experience with various types of raw meat.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Report to Chef in Charge in production kitchen.
  • Prepare hot side menus including meat and festive dishes.
  • Handle and cook all kinds of raw meat.

Hot Side Chef de Partie

1. Reporting to Chef in Charge of production kitchen, able to do hot side menus including meat, sauces and Festive dishes eg Xmas , CNY etc

2. Able to handle all kinds of raw meat Pork, Chicken, Lamb, Beef.

3. At least 3-4 years working in hot side section able to do production cooking, not restaurant ala minute style ...

4. Cool headed and able to work under pressure

5. Able to communicate in English is preferred.
