Job summary

Mercor is seeking an Evaluator to join our remote team. You will assess AI-generated artifacts in real estate, hospitality, and events contexts, applying domain-specific rubrics to ensure quality and correctness.

Responsibilities include identifying factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, and delivering clear, structured feedback to improve AI outputs. 5+ years of relevant experience required; advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must-have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Real estate / hospitality / events.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs with accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while ensuring domain quality.
