Job summary

SingHealth is seeking a Finance Analyst for the Eastern General Hospital (EGH) campus. You will assist in financial analysis, projections and costing to support budgeting, forecast submissions and funding papers.

The role includes reviewing funding requests for TOR compliance, processing reimbursements, handling audit, GST and taxation matters, and providing secretariat support to departmental workgroups. A professional accounting qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Membership of ISCA or ACCA advantageous.
• Ability to handle complex, ambiguous and fast-paced conditions.
• Proficient in MS Office; Tableau and Power BI familiarity.
• Willingness to acquire costing, analytics and hospital-ops knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis, projections and costing for the EGH Campus.
• Support budget and forecast submissions, including materials and funding papers.
• Review funding and budget requests to ensure TOR compliance and timely reimbursement.
• Assist in audit, GST and taxation matters.
• Provide secretariat and administrative support to departmental workgroups, including documentation.
