Overview

Salary: Up to $6K (Depending on experience)

Location: East

Working Hours:

5 days, 8.30 – 5.30pm (No on call on weekdays)

One day they will be covering 3-4 homes depends on the patient loads

Job Scope

• To perform home visits to chronic ill/ palliative patients who are being referred
• To perform nursing assessment on the patient
• To coordinate with doctor for medical assessment and follow-up visits to patient
• To monitor current medication and compliance as prescribed by the doctor
• To perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, insertion of urine catheter, insertion of naso-gastric tube and care of tubings as required
• To initiate nursing care plan and implement new measures of management
• To educate caregivers/families on basic nursing procedures to ensure continuation of care at home

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
• Valid SNB and BCLS
• Min. 2-3 years experience in ICU/ ED/ Palliative/ Oncology setting
