Provide chronic disease, activities of daily living and/or palliative advice and counselling, as well as nursing procedures such as nasogastric tube insertion, catheter management and wound care.

Requirements:

min. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing or equivalent.

Registered with Singapore Nursing board

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in geriatric nursing and/or palliative care

Ability to work both independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team, families and caregivers

Meticulous and responsible to maintain standards of professional nursing practice.

Service oriented with good communication skills and a love for clinical care delivery.

Palliative Care - Advanced/Specialist Diploma in Palliative Nursing, Geriatric Care - Advanced/Specialist Diploma in Geriatric/ Gerontology Nursing are added advantages
