Hisense Electronics (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager - Home Appliances to support sales targets, manage retail partners and stores, and drive store productivity across Singapore.

The role also involves supporting promoter development to ensure effective retail execution. You will assist in sales planning, pricing and promotions, and collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain and finance to ensure successful launches and ongoing promotions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of sales, channel or retail management experience, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
Experience in retail channel management and promoter management is preferred.
Strong understanding of retail sales operations, store management and sales execution.
Good analytical, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Sales Target Support: Assist in executing sales strategies and action plans to achieve Home Appliances channel revenue and sales targets.
Sales Operations: Monitor daily and monthly sales performance, sell-in, sell-out, inventory and other key business indicators, and provide timely reports and analysis to management.
Channel Management: Support the management of retail partners, distributors and sales channels, ensuring effective execution of commercial and sales initiatives.
Retail Store Management: Regularly monitor store performance, identify underperforming stores and implement action plans to improve sales productivity, product display and in-store execution.
Promoter Management: Manage and support Home Appliances promoters, including manpower deployment, target setting, training, attendance, performance tracking and daily sales execution.
Store Productivity: Analyse promoter and store-level performance and implement initiatives to improve conversion, sales productivity and overall store output.
Sales Planning & Forecasting: Assist in preparing sales forecasts and inventory plans based on market demand, channel performance and sales trends.
Promotion & Pricing Execution: Support the implementation of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns and retail activities to drive sales while maintaining profitability.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and product performance, and provide insights to support sales decisions.
Product Support: Work with product and marketing teams to ensure new product launches, product training and promotional activities are effectively executed in retail stores.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, supply chain, finance and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and business initiatives.
Performance Reporting: Prepare regular sales and channel performance reports, identify key issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Management Support: Assist the Sales Manager in managing the overall Home Appliances business and take responsibility for assigned channels, customers or business areas.
