Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holders due to regulatory requirements.
• Comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
• MAS licences (M9/M9A/HI/M5) training and exams supported.
• Prior sales or client-facing experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial Needs Analysis to understand client goals.
• Develop and present personalised financial plans and product recommendations.
• Grow and maintain a loyal client base through regular reviews.
• Identify and approach prospective clients via referrals and networking.
• Stay updated on products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
