What You’ll Do

• Provide rehabilitation and wellness therapies (e.g. hydrotreadmill, radiofrequency, light therapy, mobility work) following AHC’s protocols
• Conduct intake and progress sessions: observe gait, assess mobility, record outcomes
• Educate pet parents on safe home‑care routines and follow‑up practices
• Maintain a calm, low‑stress environment for pets of all sizes and temperaments
• Ensure therapy rooms and equipment meet AHC hygiene and safety SOPs
• Collaborate with the team to create individualized care plans based on each pet’s needs
• Support client communications and product/service recommendations, with commissions on qualifying sales

What You Bring

Must‑Haves

• At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Nurse, or a recognised Vet Tech/Nursing Diploma
• Confident animal‑handling and low‑stress handling skills
• Good written and spoken English, strong record‑keeping and observation habits
• Availability to work a 5‑day week (weekends included)

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Rehab / physiotherapy / hydrotherapy certification, or keen interest to upskill
• Familiarity with complementary modalities (e.g. laser/light therapy, proprioceptive or balance training)
• Compassionate communication style with a customer‑care mindset
