STELLAR FINANCIAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales professional to transition into the High Net Worth (HNW) market.

You will advise HNW and AI clients on wealth protection, estate planning, and wealth accumulation solutions. The role begins with a structured 12-month transition and progresses to leading engagements with our introducer network. You will own relationships with introducers, drive new business, and meet sales targets while delivering professional service

Qualifications

Around 2 years of sales experience (financial services preferred).
Completed MAS examinations and regulatory/appointment requirements.
Interest in moving into the HNW market; willingness to learn.
No prior HNW experience required but eagerness to develop.
Fluent in Mandarin; beneficial for Mandarin-speaking clients.
Singapore Citizenship or PR.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth consultations with HNW and AI clients on wealth planning.
Advise on wealth protection, estate and legacy planning, and retirement strategies.
Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
Collaborate with introducers (banks, law firms, family offices) for referrals.
Lead client engagements from discovery to policy inception when ready.
Ensure MAS regulatory compliance and maintain governance standards.
