Qualifications

• Five years' experience in a histology laboratory, with senior grade experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out on-the-job training for new staff.
• Competency in using laboratory computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of supplies and coordinate necessary actions.
• Review daily quality control results and communicate with Consultant Pathologists.
• Supervise junior staff and manage the department in the absence of seniors.
• Assist in compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality assurance.
• Supervise junior staff and provide on-the-job training.
