Job summary

XG Tech PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a High-Speed Interface Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize PCIe and USB interfaces for next-generation SoC chips, ensuring high-performance communication between SoC modules and peripherals.

You will collaborate with hardware teams, build robust software architectures, verify interfaces, and contribute to productization and deployment of interface solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, CS, Automation, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience in PCIe, USB, or Ethernet interface development.
• Strong knowledge of PCIe/USB/Ethernet protocols and hands-on interface software design.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and hardware debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software architecture for PCIe or USB high-speed interfaces in SoC platforms
• Conduct CV verification of PCIe or USB modules to ensure functional correctness and compliance
• Analyze and optimize interface performance to guarantee stability, throughput, and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with hardware teams to debug hardware-software integration issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, providing guidance to team members
• Assist with productization and deployment of SoC interface solutions

Role Summary

As a High-Speed Interface Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize PCIe and USB interfaces for next-generation SoC chips. You'll ensure high-performance, stable, and reliable communication between SoC modules and peripheral devices, working closely with hardware teams to deliver fully integrated solutions.

How you will stand out
