What you'll be doing
  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations of outpatient clinics and hospital service points to ensure efficient and patient‑centred care delivery
  • Review and enhance workflows, SOPs, and service standards to improve operational performance and patient experience
  • Monitor operational performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
  • Liaise with clinical and non‑clinical departments to support service delivery, manpower deployment, and resource optimisation
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects to streamline administrative and clinical operations
  • Support planning, budgeting, and procurement activities related to operational needs
  • Handle feedback management, incident reporting, and follow‑up to ensure service quality and compliance
  • Supervise and guide junior staff in daily operations and service management
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare Administration/ Business or related studies
  • 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in hospital or clinic operations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for operational improvement
