What you\'ll be doing

• Manage clinical quality and safety initiatives, audits, and risk management activities
• Analyse and visualise quality data to inform decision-making and track performance metrics
• Conduct root cause analyses for incidents and support Quality Assurance and Clinical Services committees
• Liaise with clinical teams, administrators, and patients to implement best practices
• Maintain programme documentation, dashboards, and communication materials
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support adoption of innovative solutions

What we\'re looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing/ Life Sciences/ Public Health or healthcare related studies
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in hospital or healthcare institution quality and safety programmes, preferably dealing incident management/ audits/ risk management frameworks
• Medical or clinical background with understanding of medical terminology
• Strong data analysis skills (PowerBI, Excel dashboards)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
