Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Manager, Healthcare to oversee rehabilitation or pharmacy projects, research initiatives and partnerships. You will drive clinical process improvements and digitalisation efforts while coordinating with clinicians, IT teams, and external partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare project management and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role is based in Singapore with a 5-day workweek and central location.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy or a relevant healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in public settings.
• Experience in healthcare project management, research, stakeholder engagement or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement clinical and non-clinical healthcare projects, especially rehabilitation-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, external partners and vendors to drive project implementation.
• Plan and oversee research projects from proposal to completion.
• Support development of clinical SOPs, rehabilitation protocols and digitalisation workplans.
• Prepare project proposals, presentations and materials for tenders and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor progress, timelines and potential challenges.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and development of new healthcare partnerships.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards and timelines.
