Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation and nursing facilities, families, and other referral sources.
- Drive outreach and engagement efforts to increase awareness and referrals for the Home.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including admissions, billing, care delivery, utilization, and data management.
- Ensure all services comply with organizational policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead audits, satisfaction surveys, and implement business continuity measures.
- Manage staffing plans, job descriptions, and workforce development strategies.
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff to achieve optimal performance and professional growth.
- Drive competency development and implement new clinical techniques and best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service standards and operational efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis and root cause reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Strengthen community engagement and ensure services meet evolving resident needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector; experience in the ILTC sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal).
- Passionate about enhancing care quality, operational excellence, and community impact.
