Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Singapore is looking for a Business Development professional to drive market expansion and develop new hospital accounts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record in opening new markets and partnerships. You will work closely with senior leadership to formulate market strategies and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product launches and compliance with regulations. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Business Development and/or Sales & Marketing experience in healthcare.
  • Experience in specialties like ENT, Cardiovascular, Urology preferred.
  • Proven success in opening new markets and hospital accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new hospital accounts and clinical specialties.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and support the sales team.
  • Lead Go-to-Market plans for new products and market entries.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements are met and governance processes followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution.
