Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in finance in the healthcare/medical industry.
• Good knowledge of local accounting, tax, and GST rules.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems such as Xero.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations such as payments, billings, and general ledger updates.
• Oversee monthly accounts review and reconciliation.
• Check and process vendor invoices and staff claims accurately.
• Work closely with clinic teams on budgeting and cash flow.
• Supervise the finance team and improve processes for efficiency.
