Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, managing vendors, and ensuring workplace safety. Ideal candidates will have a Degree or Diploma in Building Management or Engineering, with substantial experience in operations, preferably in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Estates Management / Real Estates / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years (for Degree) and 6 years (for Diploma) experience in Operations.
• Working experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Power point and Excel.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Good command of English both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Meticulous and pro-active.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments and external parties to service nursing home residents.
• Supervise Operations and Facility Technician & Facility Assistant.
• Plan and control building maintenance activities.
• Assist to manage external vendors for supplies and services.
• Track and monitor biomedical equipment servicing.
• Assist with workplace safety and fire safety plans.
• Prepare statistics and management reports.
• Manage maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Manage IT matters and identify areas for improvement.
