Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced security professional to protect critical patient data across hospital and clinic infrastructures. You will manage threat detection, incident response, and regulatory compliance for healthcare environments.

You will lead investigations, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with IT audits while driving security awareness, trainings, and phishing simulations for clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT/security operations in Healthcare.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint administration, and identity and access management.
• Experience with cybersecurity operations, including patching, endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, MFA, vulnerability remediation, hardening, and incident support.

Responsibilities

• Manage threat detection, incident response, and regulatory compliance across hospital and clinic infrastructures.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation for security alerts targeting clinical systems.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and BCP/DR plans.
• Coordinate with IT audits and track security findings to resolution.
• Drive security awareness, training sessions, and phishing simulations for staff.
