  • Experience in a Third-Party Administrator/Managed Healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate adjudication of claims and validate applications to meet operational targets.
  • Review current claims processes with stakeholders to improve efficiency.
  • Manage escalations and stakeholder relations.
  • Provide ongoing training for effective claims management.
  • Liaise with the Insurance Company to resolve complaints.
  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations as required.
