Job summary

Recruit Express in Singapore is seeking a Billing Associate to support patient billing activities and liaise with government ministries and insurers. You will work closely with the Business Office and other departments to ensure timely, accurate data capture and billing completion.

The role requires basic qualifications (GCE A-Level/ITE/Diploma) with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Location is Novena with standard hours and a monthly salary of SGD 3,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A-Level / ITE / Diploma with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Office and departments to complete patient billing activities accurately and on time.
• Capture all data elements required by government ministries without delays.
• Ensure bills are promptly claimed from CPFB/Medisave Approved Insurers and Government Ministries.
• Check bills for reasonableness and correct errors on patient accounts.
• Monitor unbilled accounts, update records and databases.
• Correspond and liaise with patients, third party payers, and external organisations.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain internal control.
