Job description

• Assist service users with Activities of Daily Living
• Conduct therapeutic and maintenance programme under the guidance of therapists
• Ensure proper housekeeping, tidiness and cleanliness of the activity area, fittings and equipment
• Ferry service users who require escort service for medical appointments
• Monitor and record vital signs like temperature, blood pressure and pulse
• Serve meals under supervision of a centre staff
• Transferring of service users to or from wheelchair or commode or geriatric chair, etc
• Staff may be required to perform duties at homes of service users and centre premises.
