What You’ll Do

As a Homage Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly Singaporeans to live well and age with dignity in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Personal care & hygiene – Showering, toileting assistance, diaper changes, grooming and hygiene support

• Mobility & transfers – Assist seniors from 70-80kg with no or limited mobility safely and confidently

• Light housekeeping – Clean and maintain rooms, bathrooms, laundry and kitchens to maintain a safe, comfortable home environment

• Companionship – Provide warm, respectful companionship and personal care for both male and female seniors

Work Arrangement:

• Work schedule – 26 hours per week, with assignments varying weekly based on care needs.

• Overtime – Additional assignments beyond standard hours may be required, with overtime pay

• Care settings – Home-based

Preferred Requirements

• Experience – Prior caregiving experience in home care, nursing homes, or eldercare facilities preferred

• Language – Proficient in Mandarin or Chinese dialects (Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew)
