Job summary

The Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC), a part of A*STAR, seeks a Research Engineer to advance reusable healthcare AI assets. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, product owners, and public-sector partners to identify user needs and translate them into platform requirements for scalable AI solutions.

You will help drive adoption of reusable AI assets, contribute to intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards and comprehensive documentation for AI

Qualifications

Experience in AI/ML platform delivery, product or platform operations, technical project management, ecosystem or stakeholder engagement, developer relations, digital transformation, UI/UX design, or technology adoption.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Good planning, coordination and stakeholder management in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Identify user needs and translate them into actionable platform requirements.
Drive the adoption of reusable AI assets across researchers, engineers and industry partners.
Structure feedback into product and operational priorities and contribute to user journeys.
Create wireframes, prototypes, dashboards and documentation for AI platforms.
