We are looking for a dedicated and organized Healthcare Admin Associate to support the Nursing Administration team. You will help with clerical duties, system access, equipment tracking, and document management to ensure smooth daily operations in the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing regular team meetings, including note-taking and preparation of simple documents
  • Maintain and update group communications and internal access permissions
  • Process basic staff-related requests, including ordering of identification items and welfare-related supplies
  • Support the submission and tracking of internal documents and records
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for document reviews and updates
  • Manage distribution and tracking of departmental equipment and access tools
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish general office supplies as needed
  • Contribute to team-led improvement or support initiatives
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required
