About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Health Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Singapore. This role is ideal for a senior clinician who enjoys combining hands‑on patient care with operational leadership, team management, business performance, and corporate growth initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion of services.

Clinic Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations, professional standards, and internal clinic policies

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical and operational workflows to support efficient service delivery and high-quality patient care

  • Work closely with all therapy departments to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary patient services

Hands-On Patient Care
  • Provide hands‑on musculoskeletal and spinal care in accordance with established clinical protocols and corrective procedures

  • Review patients’ medical histories, imaging (including X‑ray results where applicable), and relevant lifestyle and health factors

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations with a focus on range of motion, functional movement, and musculoskeletal assessment

Staff Leadership, Training & Supervision
  • Lead, train, and supervise clinic staff and therapists in alignment with company protocols, brand standards, and operational SOPs

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional development

  • Foster a positive, professional, and patient‑centred clinic culture

Patient Management & Experience
  • Oversee patient scheduling, manage enquiries and concerns, and ensure accurate, compliant clinical record‑keeping

  • Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, engagement, and long‑term retention

  • Educate patients on exercises, self‑management strategies, and preventative care

  • Refer patients to the most appropriate therapy discipline based on clinical assessment and care requirements

Sales, Performance & Corporate Growth
  • Drive clinic performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets

  • Support ethical care plan adherence and service utilisation in line with company values

  • Collaborate with senior management on corporate growth initiatives, including:

    • Development and delivery of corporate health programs and workplace wellness services

    • Supporting relationships with corporate partners and key accounts

    • Identifying opportunities to expand services across multiple clinic locations and corporate sites

Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in on‑call duties as required

  • Conduct health talks, corporate wellness sessions, and promotional activities

  • Support administrative tasks and reporting

  • Attend internal meetings, training sessions, and relevant industry seminars

Requirements
  • Recognised degree in Physiotherapy or Chiropractic

  • Previous experience managing or overseeing operations of a healthcare or allied health clinic

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in corporate health, business development, or clinic growth initiatives

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with operational, commercial, and growth objectives
