We are seeking an experienced Health Services Manager to join our team in a high-volume retail cetre setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients while managing centre operations each day.

Operational Management and Compliance
  • Oversee the daily centre operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and centre policies.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to improve clients care.
  • Work with all departments of therapists to implement client services.
Hands-on Clients Service
  • Provide spinal manipulative services to clients, adhering to corrective protocols and procedures.
  • Reviewing clients health, histories including information on previous injuries, general health and lifestyle.
  • Conduct physical examination, focusing on clients range of movement.
Staff Training and Supervision
  • Train and supervise centre staff and therapists on company protocols and brand's operational SOP, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work enviroment through constructive feedback.
Client Management
  • Coordinate client scheduling, address inquires and concerns, implement strategies for enhancing the client experience, and oversee accurate record maintenance.
  • Educate clients on exercises and techniques to aid lon-term care.
  • Refer clients to the most suitable department of therapists based on review of the care clients requirement.
Sales Performance
  • Ensure monthly achievement to centre sales targets.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Undertake 'on-call' duties, conduct health talks and promotions, fulfill administrative tasks, attend seminars and meetings as required.
