Role Overview
As the Health Services Manager, you will oversee daily clinic operations, support the professional growth of your team, and ensure every patient receives outstanding, evidence-based care. You’ll also play a key role in driving the clinic’s performance and ensuring compliance with all healthcare and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations and Compliance
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Develop and refine workflow systems that enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with therapists and healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient services.
Patient Care and Clinical Practice
- Provide spinal manipulation and related treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, including medical history reviews, x‑ray evaluations, and physical examinations focused on range of motion and functional health.
- Educate patients on corrective exercises and preventive care techniques to support long‑term recovery.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff and therapists, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational SOPs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, offer mentorship, and foster a positive, growth‑oriented team culture.
Patient Experience and Case Management
- Oversee patient scheduling, communication, and service delivery to ensure a seamless experience from consultation to treatment.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Direct patients to the most appropriate therapists or services based on clinical evaluations.
Sales and Performance Accountability
- Drive the achievement of monthly clinic sales and service performance goals.
- Support business growth through patient retention strategies, education, and quality service delivery.
Additional Duties
- Participate in health talks, community outreach, and promotional activities.
- Manage administrative reporting, attend professional meetings and training sessions, and take on on‑call responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical, healthcare, or wellness management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance patient care, staff management, and business performance.
