Job summary

Danone's Health Data Science Team in Singapore collaborates globally to deliver ML, analytics, and real-world data capabilities for digital health tools. You will lead GenAI and multimodal AI initiatives, design governed analytical frameworks for real-world and clinical data, and ensure robust testing and monitoring of agentic systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in deep learning and at least one leading DL framework.
• 5+ years in data science within healthcare/life sciences/digital health.
• Experience building and managing MLOps pipelines and end-to-end ML lifecycles.
• Experience with multimodal Generative AI tech (VAEs, GANs, diffusion, ViT, LLMs).
• Designing and implementing multi-agent systems with memory architectures, vector DBs, RAG, and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally on digital health initiatives.
• Lead GenAI and multimodal, multi-agent solution development.
• Design interactive analytical frameworks for real-world and clinical data with governance.
• Establish robust testing, monitoring, and evaluation of generative and agentic systems.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to Danone and partner organizations.
