Job responsibilities

• Review insurers’ invoices and validate accuracy against placement slips and renewal census
• Random checks on accuracy of file renaming and updates in D365 and BE & reviewing and validating of administration duties
• Monitor GDC teams’ progress ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met
• Identify discrepancies and errors, follow up with prompt resolution
• Investigate variances and propose corrective action
• Data reconciliations to ensure alignment of records
• Review and validate work performed by service teams
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data clean up and process using internal system

Qualifications

• Min Degree/Diploma qualification
• 1-2 years of policy administration for Health and Benefits Insurance
