We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Headhunter / Researcher to join our team. This position offers a flexible work arrangement and high sales incentives, rewarding strong performance and dedication.
Client Relationship Management:
Work with clients to drive business growth through partnership development, leveraging both the in-house database and external job portals.
Focus industries include: IT & Telecommunications, Commerce & Finance, Pharmaceutical, Medical & Life Sciences, Commodities, Oil & Gas, Shipping & Marine, Electronics, Retail & FMCG, etc.
Talent Sourcing & Consultancy:
Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates through multiple channels, providing consultative advice to clients on talent strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks, to offer management and onboarding coordination.
Business Development & Client Servicing:
Prepare customized proposals and contracts for clients. Maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment between client needs and candidate capabilities.
Expectation Management:
Main liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
Degree or Diploma holder with 2 to 10 years of recruitment experience, or direct experience from relevant industries with a strong passion for recruitment.
Results-driven, outgoing, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
