We are seeking a highly strategic, organized, and results-oriented Head, Strategy & Planning. This is a critical leadership role that serves as a force multiplier and advisor to the CEO.

You will be working closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team to drive strategic alignment and execute high-priority initiatives.

This is not an administrative role. You are a strategic partner who will own and lead critical projects, provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making, and ensure the CEO\'s vision is translated into effective, company-wide action. You must be a strategic thinker and do-er who connects the dots across the business, demonstrates extreme reliability, and navigates relationships and sensitive information with high EQ and absolute discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution:
  • Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key external partners, co-developing initiatives and ensuring alignment to accelerate our strategic goals.
  • Develop and structure frameworks to analyze and solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
  • Conduct research and synthesize market, competitor, and internal data to provide the CEO with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Executive Communications:
  • Prepare and draft high-impact communications on behalf of the CEO, including board presentations, all-hands meetings, investor updates, and key internal memos.
  • Ensure the CEO\'s communications are clear, consistent, and effectively cascaded throughout the organization.
  • Trusted Advisor & Proxy:
  • Act as a sounding board and strategic thought partner to the CEO, providing candid, unfiltered advice.
  • Handle sensitive information and situations with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Requirement
  • 8-10+ years of proven experience in payments and fintech environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft and deliver presentations to C-level executives and board members.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders across the organization.
  • Must demonstrate discretion and maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • Driven by achieving results that benefit the team and company, rather than seeking personal recognition.
  • A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and relentlessly overcomes obstacles to get things done.
  • Excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where ambiguity is the norm.
