Job Summary:

The Head of Programming & Marketing plays a strategic and creative leadership role in shaping Ding Yi Music Company’s artistic vision and public presence. This position oversees the development, planning, and execution of all performance programmes, festivals, and outreach initiatives, while driving integrated marketing strategies that grow audiences, deepen engagement, and strengthen the company’s brand and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the conceptualisation and planning of the company’s annual artistic programmes, concerts, and creative projects in alignment with organisational goal.
  • Develop and implement cohesive marketing, branding, and audience development strategies to enhance public engagement and ticket sales.
  • Oversee content creation, publicity, and communication efforts across platforms including social media, digital, and print.
  • Build and nurture relationships with artists, arts groups, presenters, media partners, and other stakeholders to support programme development and promotion.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs related to programming and marketing functions.
  • Analyse audience data and marketing performance to inform future strategies and improve impact.
