Job description
The Role

As the Head of Product Management, you will spearhead the end‑to‑end product strategy, innovation agenda, and delivery outcomes for multiple in‑house digital products. You will shape the product vision, drive execution across cross‑functional teams, and ensure that product initiatives deliver meaningful business impact. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, stakeholder partnership, agile leadership, and hands‑on product oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for in‑house solutions and digital enhancements, translating these needs into well‑defined product directions.
  • Develop, evolve, and communicate a clear product vision, long‑term strategy, and actionable roadmaps in alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation, discovery, validation, delivery, and go‑live, through to continuous improvement and operational support.
  • Lead product discovery efforts including user research, requirement analysis, and rapid prototyping to validate concepts before engineering commitment.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog by balancing strategic value, user needs, technical considerations, and resource constraints.
  • Establish and strengthen agile delivery practices, ensuring predictability and consistency in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution across multiple initiatives, monitoring progress against milestones, budget, KPIs, and escalating risks with strong mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the primary interface between product, engineering, design, QA, and business units, enabling effective communication and alignment across all parties.
  • Communicate product and project updates clearly to senior management, simplifying technical topics into business‑aligned insights.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing product team, promoting a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor team members through regular feedback, career coaching, and capability‑building initiatives to grow internal product management expertise.
What Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in product management, project management, software development, or digital transformation roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams or leading product/project portfolios.
  • Strong proficiency in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and strategic roadmap planning
  • Proven ability to coach teams on product strategy, prioritisation, and resource planning.
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and making informed decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing and aligning diverse groups towards shared goals.
