A government agency in Singapore is seeking a leader for the Price Regulation team to ensure the competitiveness of Changi and Seletar Airports. The role requires developing and reviewing pricing frameworks while monitoring the economic performance of airport licensees. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, writing, and stakeholder management skills, along with a relevant background in economics or business administration.

Your responsibilities include:
· Leading the team to ensure Singapore remains a competitive air hub through developing, implementing and reviewing the pricing regulatory framework for Changi and Seletar Airports. For Changi Airport, this includes taking into account funding and financing frameworks for the Changi East development.
· Leading the team in monitoring and analysing financial performances of the Changi Airport and Seletar Airport licensees, including revenue and cost drivers.
· Leading the team in managing matters relating to the Changi and Seletar Airport licensees, such as reviewing airport economic regulation legislation and conditions, coordinating engagement sessions, reviewing its requests and approvals for regulatory matters.
· Monitoring ICAO airport economic regulation matters and developing positions and interventions for Singapore where necessary.

· Background in in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting, or possessing experience in economic regulation preferred.
