We’re now looking for a Head Pastry Chef to lead our Central Kitchen team and shape the future of our bakes — someone who blends artistry with strategy, and isn’t afraid to dream in butter and flour.

What You’ll Do

Lead with Vision

  • Define and lead the pastry direction that strengthens TBB’s position as Singapore’s most loved artisanal bakery.
  • Stay ahead of international pastry trends, champion innovation, and mentor a team of dedicated bakers.

Drive Excellence

  • Oversee daily production at our Central Kitchen to ensure consistency and creativity across all outlets.
  • Standardise recipes, elevate processes, and collaborate closely with our supply and operations teams to keep quality at its peak.

Create & Innovate

  • Design TBB’s pastry calendar — from core classics to seasonal showstoppers.
  • Lead R&D trials, product tastings, and rollout of new ideas that keep TBB exciting and relevant.
  • Represent TBB as a pastry thought leader in media, collaborations, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Pastry Arts, Baking, or Culinary Arts.
  • 6–8 years of hands-on pastry experience, including at least 3 years leading a pastry kitchen or brand.
  • Mastery in both classic and contemporary French pastry.
  • Strong experience in scaling artisan-quality production.
  • A curious, creative mind — with proven ability to develop new products that resonate with customers.
