As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all pastries, desserts and baked goods for our bakery. This is a full-time position and you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional European-inspired cuisine.

What you\'ll be doing
  1. Plan, develop and execute creative pastry and dessert menus that align with the European theme and customer preferences

  2. Manage and train a team of pastry chefs and bakers to ensure consistent high-quality output

  3. Oversee inventory, ordering and budgeting for the pastry kitchen

  4. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards in the kitchen
