The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of hands-on pastry experience, including leadership, and a mastery in both classic and contemporary French pastry. Lead with Vision
Define and lead the pastry direction that strengthens TBB’s position as Singapore’s most loved artisanal bakery.
Stay ahead of international pastry trends, champion innovation, and mentor a team of dedicated bakers.
Oversee daily production at our Central Kitchen to ensure consistency and creativity across all outlets.
Standardise recipes, elevate processes, and collaborate closely with our supply and operations teams to keep quality at its peak.
Design TBB’s pastry calendar — from core classics to seasonal showstoppers.
Lead R&D trials, product tastings, and rollout of new ideas that keep TBB exciting and relevant.
Represent TBB as a pastry thought leader in media, collaborations, and industry events.
Diploma or Degree in Pastry Arts, Baking, or Culinary Arts.
6–8 years of hands‑on pastry experience, including at least 3 years leading a pastry kitchen or brand.
Mastery in both classic and contemporary French pastry.
Strong experience in scaling artisan‑quality production.
A curious, creative mind — with proven ability to develop new products that resonate with customers.
Lead one of Singapore’s most recognised artisanal bakery brands.
Collaborate with passionate teams across food, coffee, and hospitality.
