Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team, in the Central Region. As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all pastries, desserts and baked goods for our bakery. This is a full-time position and you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional European-inspired cuisine.

What you'll be doing
  1. Plan, develop and execute creative pastry and dessert menus that align with the European theme and customer preferences.
  2. Manage and train a team of pastry chefs and bakers to ensure consistent high-quality output.
  3. Oversee inventory, ordering and budgeting for the pastry kitchen.
  4. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  5. Collaborate with the head chef to integrate pastries and desserts into the overall dining experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and introduce new and innovative offerings.
What we're looking for
