About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Wealth Management Operations to design, implement, and oversee all operational processes supporting our Wealth Management business line. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations across dealing, settlement, and finance functions, while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end operational frameworks, drive process efficiency, and support the continued growth and scalability of the Wealth Management business.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Design & Implementation
  • Lead the design and implementation of operational processes and frameworks for the Wealth Management business.
  • Define procedures, workflows, and control standards covering dealing, settlement, finance, and related functions.
  • Ensure processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
Operational Oversight & Governance
  • Oversee and guide the execution of daily operational activities performed by the dealing, settlement, and finance teams, ensuring they operate in accordance with the Wealth Management Operations’ defined procedures.
  • Establish and maintain governance and control mechanisms to monitor operational performance and risk.
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Continuously review and enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to drive automation and digitalization of key processes.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
  • Collaborate closely with the Compliance team to ensure that all operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strengthen operational risk management through effective controls, documentation, and incident management.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work in partnership with Front Office, Product Development, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure operational readiness for new product launches and business initiatives.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all operational matters relating to the Wealth Management business line.
Performance Management
  • Define and track operational KPIs, reporting dashboards, and control metrics to monitor process performance.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or risks proactively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business; other disciplines with relevant experienced are welcome as well.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or brokerage operations, with strong exposure to dealing, settlement, and finance functions.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes and control frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of financial products (equities, funds, bonds, structured products, etc.) and their operational lifecycle.
  • Track record in driving process improvement and automation initiatives, working experienced in a fintech environment is a strong plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
