• Drive profitability and manage full transport P&L to meet targets.
• Optimize routes, scheduling and resource allocation with ops teams.
• Monitor KPIs, report performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, pricing and stakeholder coordination.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and service providers.
• Lead safety, regulatory compliance and housekeeping standards.
• Promote digitalization with TMS and data analytics.
