Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a healthcare organization. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can manage both strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition, from high‑volume frontline hiring to senior‑level placements, in a dynamic and people‑centric environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of recruitment activities across all business units in Singapore, managing both high‑volume and specialized hiring needs (500+ hires annually).
  • Partner closely with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the TA team to deliver high-quality talent pipelines and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage and enhance recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives and strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 10–15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or health services industry.
  • Proven track record in managing large‑scale recruitment operations, including both volume and senior‑level hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Empathetic and people‑oriented, able to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Hands‑on and execution‑driven, capable of balancing leadership responsibilities with operational involvement.
