Qualifications

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in environmental sustainability in the apparel industry.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support the formulation and execution of TAL’s environmental sustainability roadmap.
• Define 3-year environmental targets and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze environmental performance data from factory operations.
• Lead the development and continuous refinement of environmental management systems.
• Drive the integration of industry benchmarks into TAL’s sustainability framework.
