Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably in FMCG, beauty/personal care, apparel, or nutrition.
  • Proven track record in leading end‑to‑end supply chain in a fast‑scaling consumer goods business.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics, including procurement, manufacturing, import/export, and fulfilment.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and navigating product compliance in multiple markets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic Operations & Planning
  • Lead the development and execution of supply chain and operations strategy to support multi‑category product lines (FMCG, skincare, supplements, clothing).
  • Drive operational efficiency across sourcing, production, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Forecast demand and align supply planning accordingly, ensuring agility across multiple product categories and channels (D2C, retail, marketplaces).
Supplier & Manufacturing Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL providers.
  • Evaluate and onboard new vendors aligned with our quality, ethical, and cost standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met and exceeded.
Product Development & Commercialisation
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and R&D teams to translate concepts into commercially viable products across FMCG, beauty, supplements, and apparel.
  • Lead the operational side of new product launches—from sourcing and prototyping to scaling production and setting timelines.
  • Ensure product development processes are efficient, cost‑effective, and aligned with brand standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee testing, packaging, and compliance documentation in collaboration with regulatory and quality assurance teams.
Inventory & Fulfilment
  • Oversee inventory planning, warehousing, and order fulfilment across online and offline channels.
  • Optimise inventory levels to reduce holding costs while maintaining high service levels.
  • Implement and refine ERP/WMS systems and dashboards for real‑time visibility and control.
Team Leadership & Process Optimisation
  • Lead and mentor a high‑performing operations and supply chain team across sourcing, logistics, and fulfilment.
  • Define KPIs and continuously improve processes, reducing lead times, costs, and wastage.
  • Champion sustainability, ethical sourcing, and quality control across the supply chain.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably in FMCG, beauty/personal care, apparel, or nutrition.
  • Proven track record in leading end‑to‑end supply chain in a fast‑scaling consumer goods business.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics, including procurement, manufacturing, import/export, and fulfilment.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and navigating product compliance in multiple markets.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Odoo) and logistics platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in scaling a startup or digital‑first brand across Southeast Asia or other emerging markets.
  • Background in ISO, GMP, or other regulatory standards for skincare, supplements, or baby products.
  • Passion for parenting, family wellness, or products that improve everyday life for mothers and babies.
